Staying at Mehra Cottage was a delightful experience. The warm hospitality from Shankar bhaiya, Mehra uncle, and the staff made us feel like family. The terrace with beautiful views and various seating options added charm. Although the rooms were a bit small, the overall value for money and genuine care from the owners make it a place worth revisiting.

I stayed for 3 nights here and had a really good time. The entire staff were nice. Location: the hotel was so close to Almora bus terminal, Mehra Cottage and Almora. Again, the venue was not too far from Nanda Devi Fair.

The open terrace was perfect for family meals with stunning views. the hospitable staff, including Vaibhav Mehra and his father, made our stay memorable. Affordable local food and convenient scooty rental added to the enjoyment.
For dads, an indoor play area for kids would be great.
